We are pleased to announce that we have now finished the second phase of the building of our first class international conference and meeting venue in Cotignac, France and that it is available for hire for your senior management retreats, conferences and meetings.

Setting
Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves in a genuinely Provencal setting, "Les 4 Moulins", the 4 mills, offers a pleasant and relaxed environment, ideal for learning, innovating and building relationships. The atmosphere is more like that of a private home than a conference centre. The participants will stay in cosy single or double rooms with own or shared bathroom. "Les 4 Moulins" offers a number of leisure time activities like tennis, table tennis, swimming (3 swimming pools), sauna, jacuzzi, mini-golf (18 holes), boule (3 boulodromes), bicycling and nature walks. Above all, our highly committed staff offer you a special service to make you feel at home and welcome.

Seminar/meeting facilities
We have two meeting/seminar rooms, which can accommodate up to 30 and 20 people respectively.

Accommodation
This is like no other hotel you've ever stayed at. To ensure that the atmosphere is conducive to learning and reflection all rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable, although none of the 28 rooms have a TV or telephone. There are several indoor as well as outdor areas for common use, such as sitting rooms with fireplaces, verandas, open and covered terrasses, poolhouses, TV rooms and bars.

Meals
Les 4 Moulins offers an international cuisine of a very high standard. The daily package includes breakfast buffet, midmorning coffee/tea, lunch with beverages, afternoon coffee/tea, aperitif with snacks, dinner with wine, coffee/tea with digestif. The package also includes water in the meeting rooms. Each day there will be a new, exiting menu. We will do our best to meet your special needs and wants regarding the food.

Added services
We can offer ground transportation between Les 4 Moulins and Nice or Marseille Airports, pick-nicks, sightseeing, wine-tasting and much more. Just ask us how we can contribute to the success of your event.
